Kessock Burgh is Scotland’s first 15-minute resilient community. The social hosing district sits at the heart of the Burgh and provides high quality, high density accommodation in a low rise format. Whilst self-sufficient, each block shares access to a community hub, where willing community members can up-skill, and study in provided classes, work in shared spaces and forge social resilience through organised activities.

Visual and physical connections to nature is at the forefront of the Burgh’s design. Incorporating climate resilience with health spaces and vistas for individuals and the community alike.
