Inchindown Distillery // Invergordon

As Scotland transitions to Net Zero, the town of Invergordon has decided to act. Located on the site of Inchindown Tanks, the town has decided to start its venture into community-owned, green energy by creating a Whisky Distillery. This Distillery produces Single Malt Scotch whisky as a local community wealth venture and uses its waste product to create electricity to help power the town and provide new employment opportunities. The Distillery explores the ideas of light and dark spaces and the poetic nature of whisky-making. The site contains existing and new buildings that aim to take the workers and the public on a journey of local history and new-age distilling.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!
